WHAT ARE THESE?
*Training race(s) while we are still quarantined in much of the country unable to do mass events in person.
HOW MUCH $ AND WHO?
*No entry fee.
*These events are for those I coach and anyone entered into a 2020 Ruble Racing event is eligible to participate.
*If neither of these apply to you, and you'd like to participate and have your results posted it's $25. Invoiced for CC payment or paid through Paypal
WHAT DO YOU GET?
*If you complete 4 of the 5 events you get the "You can't quarantine fitness" T-Shirt for $25. Invoiced for CC payment or paid through Paypal.
*Any profits on T-Shirt payments will be used to offset lost revenue this year due to Covid-19 disruptions
HOW DO YOU ENTER AND SUBMIT RESULTS?

*Results emailed to me will be screenshots, pictures, or links to your completed workout data(this can be watch, strava, trainign peaks, garmin connect, Zwift, Trainer Road, etc)

*Submit Power data if you have it
*Try to ride a flat to rolling course
*Try not to abuse a tailwind, and on a windy day ride equal parts head and tailwind - honor system
SHORT DUATHLON - FB Event Link
*1.5km run (goal of best average pace across both runs)
*20km outdoor ride or 30' indoor ride (goal of a normalized power @ 92%-102% of your FTP)
*5k run (goal of best average pace across runs)

*40km outdoor ride or 60' indoor ride (goal of a normalized power @ 90%-100% of your FTP)

OTHER QUESTIONS
*Q - What if I ride inside and don't have a power meter? A - just sumbit a miles per hour from a speedometer, training software, etc via picture or link as mentioned above
*Q - What if I have to run on a treadmill? A - that is fine is that's all you can do - submit a picture of final pace or time and distance.
*Q - Do I have to buy a T-Shirt? A - NO, this is jsut to help supplement some lost revenue for this season and the shirts are going to be cool.
*Q - Can I do these any day of the week? A - Yes
*Q - Does it matter what order they are done in? A - No
*Q - Can I submit a training race I did last week? A - Yes as long as it was after April 1st
*Q - How long are my transitions supposed to be for the duathlons? A - Honor system, less than 5 minutes.
